PREPARATION
Our cleaners bring their own chemicals and tools, but please let us know if you
would prefer that we use your cleaning supplies/tools.
· If you have any special flooring such as engineered wood, please let us know
if there is a special product that you would like for us to use.
· If you would like your linens to be changed, please leave your clean linens
folded on top of the beds for us.
· If you have pets, please make sure your pets are in a kennel, outside, or
an isolated area so they do not escape.
· Please make sure most items are removed from the floors so that the cleaners
can get to the flooring easily without spending too much time picking up
toys, shoes, clothes, etc.
· Please make sure dishes are out of the sink and countertops are clutter-free
outside the scope
To ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our service, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines:

We do not wash dishes.

We cannot clean or remove pet urine, fecal matter, or litter boxes.

We do not use ladders higher than two steps.

We do not steam-clean carpets or spot-clean upholstery.

We cannot move heavy furniture or appliances for safety and liability reasons.

We do not offer laundry services.

We only clean the interior of the home — exterior cleaning is not included.

If we perform a deep cleaning for your home and you do not schedule ongoing maintenance service, we will not be able to service your home again in the future.
Regular cleanings are a more cost-effective and efficient way to maintain your home’s cleanliness. At a minimum, we recommend a standard cleaning once a month to help prevent the buildup of dust, grime, and allergens.
Deep cleanings require additional time, labor, and effort from our team. To protect their well-being and ensure consistent results, we strongly recommend following up your deep clean with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance service.
Our goal: Complete the deep clean — then maintain your home with a schedule that keeps it fresh, healthy, and easy to manage!
