Preparation

Our cleaners bring their own chemicals and tools, but please let us know if you

would prefer that we use your cleaning supplies/tools.

· If you have any special flooring such as engineered wood, please let us know

if there is a special product that you would like for us to use.

· If you would like your linens to be changed, please leave your clean linens

folded on top of the beds for us.

· If you have pets, please make sure your pets are in a kennel, outside, or

an isolated area so they do not escape.

· Please make sure most items are removed from the floors so that the cleaners

can get to the flooring easily without spending too much time picking up

toys, shoes, clothes, etc.

· Please make sure dishes are out of the sink and countertops are clutter-free

We do not clean dishes
We cannot touch pet fecal matter or clean litter boxes
We do not go any higher than a 2-step ladder
We do not steam-clean carpets or spot-clean upholstery
We cannot move heavy appliances
We do not do laundry
We do not clean anything exterior / only the interior of the home

IMPORTANT NOTICE !

If we do a deep cleaning on your home and you DO NOT opt for monthly maintenance service, we cannot service your home again in the future.

Scheduling regular cleanings is a more cost-effective way to maintain your home. At a minimum, we recommend a standard cleaning once a month to prevent the buildup of dust and grime.

Deep cleanings require more man-power and are physically demanding on our team, so we HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting for a monthly maintenance cleaning after the deep cleaning is done.

THE GOAL IS TO DO THE DEEP & THEN MAINTAIN WITH EITHER WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY SERVICE.
