PREPARATION
-
We bring our own cleaning supplies — let us know if you prefer we use yours.
-
If you have special flooring (ex: engineered wood), tell us what product you’d like us to use.
-
For bed linen changes, please leave the clean folded linens on top of the beds that you want changed.
-
If you have pets, please keep them kenneled, outside, or in a closed area so they don’t escape.
-
Please remove most items from the floors (toys, shoes, clothes, etc.) so we can clean efficiently.
-
Please make sure dishes are out of the sink, and countertops are clutter-free.
-
Please remove loose trash from the flooring (wrappers, empty cans, and water bottles, etc.)
-
For Deep Cleans or move-out cleans, if your oven has a self-cleaning feature, we highly recommend running that cycle before cleaning day.

DEEP CLEANING & ONGOING SERVICE POLICY
-
Deep cleanings are only available for clients who continue with the recurring maintenance service.
-
If we complete a deep cleaning and no recurring service is scheduled, we will not be able to service the home again in the future.
WHY DO WE REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO BE ON A RECURRING SCHEDULE?
-
Regular cleanings are the most cost-effective way to keep your home consistently clean.
-
At a minimum, we recommend monthly service to prevent the buildup of dust, grime, and allergens.
-
Deep cleanings require significantly more time, labor, and physical effort from our team.
