Deposits are required to secure a reservation if you are a new client.  Once the quote is received, you need to approve it and pay the deposit to confirm a reservation.

We do have a 48-hour cancellation policy or we do charge a fee for last minute cancels.  For more information, please see menu option - Cancellation.​​

Tipping:

If you wish to leave a tip for the cleaner, you can leave them cash or tip on the credit card as well.
