Pets During Your Cleaning Appointment

We love pets and understand they are part of the family. Our goal is to ensure both your pets and our cleaning team remain safe and comfortable during your scheduled service.

 

For the best cleaning experience, pets may:

  • Be isolated to one area of the home

  • Remain in a kennel or crate

  • Roam freely if they are friendly and do not jump on, interfere with, or distract the cleaners while they are working

For the safety of your pets, we ask that any animals with aggressive behaviors or escape tendencies be secured during the appointment.

Our team takes great care when entering and exiting the home to help prevent pets from escaping. However, because doors may need to remain open periodically while supplies and equipment are being moved throughout the cleaning, we appreciate your assistance in making arrangements that keep your pets safe and secure during service.

Payment Methods

We DO NOT accept: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo

Deposits are required to secure a reservation if you are new client.  Once the quote is received, you need to approve it and pay the deposit to confirm a reservation.

Tipping:

If you wish to leave a tip for the cleaner, you can leave them cash or tip on the credit card as well.
