If any details are missed during your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can promptly return for a complimentary touch-up. Our goal is always to make things right and ensure your home meets our quality standards.

Because we believe in correcting concerns through service, we do not offer discounts or refunds for missed details when the opportunity to re-clean has not been provided.

Payment Methods

We DO NOT accept: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo

Deposits are required to secure a reservation if you are new client.  Once the quote is received, you need to approve it and pay the deposit to confirm a reservation.

Tipping:

If you wish to leave a tip for the cleaner, you can leave them cash or tip on the credit card as well.
