DEEP CLEANING & RECURRING SERVICE POLICY

  • Deep cleanings are only available for clients who continue with the recurring maintenance service on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

  • If we complete a deep cleaning on your home and you do not opt for recurring service, we will not be able to service the home again in the future.

WHY DO WE REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO BE ON A RECURRING SCHEDULE?

  • Regular cleanings are the most cost-effective way to keep your home consistently clean.

  • At a minimum, we recommend monthly service to prevent the buildup of dust, grime, and allergens.

  • Deep cleanings require significantly more time, labor, and physical effort from our team.

RECURRING SERVICE POLICY

If you opt for recurring service with us and we book your recurring appointments out for the year, you will receive automated text notification reminders in regard to service dates.

If at any time you need to move an appointment due to schedule conflict, travel, or any other reason - we do require a 48-hour notice. 

 

We do charge a fee of $50.00 per cleaner for any short notice cancellations or reschedules.  

If you wish to end recurring service with us at any time, we require a 30-day notice.

Payment Methods

We DO NOT accept: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo

Deposits are required to secure a reservation if you are new client.  Once the quote is received, you need to approve it and pay the deposit to confirm a reservation.

Tipping:

If you wish to leave a tip for the cleaner, you can leave them cash or tip on the credit card as well.
