Leaving the door unlocked for our scheduled arrival

You do not need to be home during your cleaning appointment as long as our team can access the property.
Many of our clients work from home or continue their daily routines while we clean.
For liability and security reasons, Lily Fresh Housecleaning does not retain client keys in our possession.

Please ensure our team can access your home at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team arrives and they are unable to enter the home, we cannot wait longer than 10 minutes.

The appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled.
We do charge a cancellation fee of $50–$150, depending on the number of cleaners scheduled for the appointment.

Delays impact the remainder of our day’s schedule; we appreciate your help in planning ahead to avoid conflicts with entry.
