Hi, I'm Lindsey Parija, the proud owner of Lily Fresh! I’m a born-and-raised Texas girl with dreams as big as the Lone Star State. Inspired by my dad—who’s successfully run our family’s restaurant in Addison, Texas for over 30 years—I’ve always had the entrepreneurial spirit in me.
